PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are warranted by
the manufacturer. Limited
manufacturer warranties are as
follows:
Pro-Tech Carbon Monoxide Alarms:
5 Years
Smoke Alarms: Vary upon
manufacturer's specified
warranty period. Each product's
warranty is displayed within
each smoke alarm's product
detail page.
Vacuum Cleaners: Vary upon
manufacturer's specified
warranty period for the
particular part. The
manufacturer's warranty is
displayed within the vacuum
cleaner's product detail page.
Please contact the manufacturer
direct for warranty service.
Seaco Company does not provide
warranty service.
Seaco Company will not be
liable, in any event, to the
customer for damages, including
but not limited to: lost
profits, lost savings,
incidental damages,
consequential damages, or any
damage related to the use or the
inability to use the product.
In no event, shall the liability
of Seaco Company exceed the
purchase price of our products.
By purchasing any product that
is advertised on this site (seacocompany.com),
the customer acknowledges that
he/she has read and understood
the warranty disclaimers posted
on this site (seacocompany.com),
and that he/she agrees to abide
by the terms and conditions of
Seaco Company.
RETURN POLICY
All products must be new,
unused, and have a pre-approved
Returned Goods Authorization
Number (RGA) before returning to
our warehouse. To obtain a RGA
Number, you must make sure that
the merchandise passes all of
the required specifications
below, then you must request an
RGA from Seaco Company by
emailing your Return Request.
All materials returned must:
1. Be unused, new and resalable
2. Be in the manufacturer's
original packaging
3. Include all documentation
4. Include all accessories
5. Be returned within 14 days of
invoice date. NO returns will be
accepted after the 14 day period
is over.
Any products that arrive
defective will be replaced at no
charge provided the defect is
reported within 14 days of
invoice date. Defects discovered
after 14 days must be reported
directly to the manufacturer.
Refer to the owner's manual and
warranty for instructions.
Any items returned for
non-warranty issues will be
subject to pre-approval and a
restocking fee of 25%. Customer
is responsible for return
freight. We recommend shipping
via UPS, insured.
Any returned items that do not
meet the above terms will be
refused or returned to buyer.
All sales are otherwise final.
